Psychobilly legends The Guana Batz are back on tour! Their classic ‘Live Over London’ album was the soundtrack for many a psychobilly’s youth. A gate-fold sleeved way into the Klub Foot for those kids living out in the sticks and beyond that never set attended the still mourned home of psychobilly. It was even more special for those regulars of the Clarendon in Hammersmith, there on the two nights that the album was recorded, a vague memory immortalised in wax, well most people were young and on snakebite after all.
The GUANA BATZ however are very sad to announce that Sam and Ginger can´t do the upcoming “Live over London” tour as planned. Severe and worsening illness (themselves and family members) have led Ginger and Sam to make the difficult decision not to join the other original Batz on this tour. All concerts will take place with the current line-up. Choppy and Jared are jumping back in! But the GUANA BATZ will play the same “Live over London” set as planned. A full power show will be presented. "We are very sad but things like that are happening."
