“Fading Before The Sun - UK hard rock trio SKAM return with this machine gun dose of heavy-hitting gusto. Lyrically it’s all guns, horses, vultures and other Southern cowboy/deserty images, but sonically it’s no-nonsense, chord-crunching rock meat. Watch out for the full new album, due in November.” – Classic Rock Magazine
“Skam are a classic power-trio – ballsy, big, loud – but that doesn't mean they have to be mindless. Third album, The Amazing Memoirs of Geoffrey Goddard, is a bit more ambitious than the usual new British rock. A concept album about a test pilot from 1935 ‘who is a victim of strange forces that jolt him through time’, the album artwork, videos and booklets will help tell his tale as he battles to return home and at times, for his very sanity.” – Classic Rock Magazine
“Very big and very loud (you wouldn’t think there are only three of them), this Leicester troupe blend Clutch-esque grooviness with a dash of stoner fuzz and lashings of classic rock-based riffage on Between The Eyes. Nice.” – Classic Rock Magazine
“SKAM embody what is right with today’s young rock scene – and thanks to The Amazing Memoirs of Geoffrey Goddard they have just delivered their finest, most complete and most original album to date.” – Great Music Stories “Leicester three-piece SKAM are on heavy, hooky form with Take It Or Leave It. Part melodious Monster Truck beef, part Clutch-nodding grooviness, there’s much merriment to be had here.” – Classic Rock Magazine “SKAM are undeniably the real deal!” KKKK Kerrang! Magazine “A raucous take on Zeppelin beating up Clutch in a lo-fi grunge street fight.” 9/10 Powerplay Magazine “Currently at the height of their game.” – PlanetRock.com ‘’THE only band that can keep up with us on and offstage. Leading lights on the current British Rock revolution! They impressed us greatly, both as musicians and as people, a rare package’’. – Paul Mahon, The Answer
‘’SKAM are bigger, louder, and a lot more fun than a three piece should be! Get along and see them now if you don’t want to miss out!’’ – Luke Morley, Thunder

Theia (Em-Haley Walker) is an exciting singer-songwriter from Christchurch, New Zealand.
Walker made her debut in 2015 (then under the moniker Plum) with the electro-pop-meets-sultry-R’n’B track ‘Silver Second’, produced by Alex Hope. It caught the attention of US tastemaker blogs Hillydilly and Pigeons & Planes and established Walker as one of New Zealand music’s most exciting emerging acts.
In August 2016, after a name change to Theia, Walker released her first official single ‘Roam’, produced by Josh Fountain. A catchy glitter pop anthem with a soaring chorus, it went on to become one of the biggest breakout hits by a Kiwi artist in 2016 and proved Walker was worthy of the hype that’s seen her tipped as the next big name in NZ Music.
‘Roam’ made its mark on the Spotify Global Viral Chart, US Viral Chart, Australian Viral Chart, Malaysian Viral Chart and topped the NZ Viral Chart. It received more than 3 million plays on Spotify in three months and continues to grow.
It also dominated the airwaves in New Zealand, reaching the coveted ‘Top 5’ in the Airplay Charts and held #1 spot as the most played Kiwi song on radio for seven consecutive weeks.
In late December 2016/early January 2017 Theia embarked on her first-ever tour alongside one of New Zealand’s most successful musical exports, Broods and the chart-topping local sensation, Kings.
She’s now about to release her new single, the epic ‘Champagne Supernova’, another soaring anthem that showcases the sophistication of Walker’s songwriting abilities.
Theia's debut EP is scheduled for release in 2017.
The band are looking to play some quality support slots throughout 2018 and would love the opportunity to play support to bands booked at your venue. We are currently in the process of writing our follow up album to “Heavy Train” and will be recording later this year for a release date of late 2018 BLACK WHISKEY are a 4 piece classic rock band from London. They have played extensively across the UK, including headlining the Barfly in Camden, as well as several festivals, notably the SOS Festival in Manchester and the Legends of Rock Festival in Great Yarmouth. Over the years the band members have been involved in genres as diverse as NWOBHM, Thrash Metal, Blues, Alt Rock and Prog Rock but when Simon Gordon (vocals / ex-Xentrix and Hellfighter), Kev Ingles (guitar / ex- 3 State Blues and V8), Craig Nabbs (bass, ex- Gravestone ) and Rich Bannister (drums / ex-Nakedium) spoke about putting a band together, the common ground was Classic Rock. Black Whiskey draw their influences from the timeless sounds of the 70s through to the present day, ranging from Led Zeppelin, Free and UFO right through to Audioslave, Velvet Revolver and Alter Bridge . Their songs are delivered with heart and authenticity, from the powerful, soulful vocals to the blues-soaked guitar, all underpinned by the solid groove of the powerhouse rhythm section. Simon Gordon was vocalist in Xentrix from 1994-1997, during which time the band toured and released the album "Scourge". In 2008 he formed Hellfighter with former Xentrix bandmates Kristian Havard and Dennis Gasser, releasing the album "Damnation's Wings" in 2009. Mark Appleton, label manager at Rocksector says "I've known Simon for a few years now, having first seen him play live in Manchester. His ability and versatility are obvious to all who've heard him and when he approached me with a view to helping with this Black Whiskey release, frankly it took seconds to come up with an answer. He's assembled a quality line-up that delivers a sound which is as fresh and exciting as it is classic" their album “ Heavy Train” released on Rocksector Records was greeted with rave reviews……………. “Groove laden, Les Paul driven hard rock with a blues edge….rhythmic pulses of Burning Rain, The Almighty & perhaps a touch of Gun” – Fireworks Magazine “Packed full of melody and memorable moments…..a real band with enough quality to continue on for a good few releases yet, 9/10” – Steve Swift – Powerplay “ Freewheeling Rock ‘n Roll the way it was meant to be played, 8/10” – Andrew Sifari – Metal Temple
“ A great dose of modern edged Classic Rock” - Barry McMinn – Mayfair Mall Zine “ Authentic & passionate.. classic rock etched indelibly into all the songs….fresh, sleek modern….the soundtrack to your drive home as you bang on the steering wheel” – Paul Cook – Manchester Rocks.
